The Navy's Naval Facilities Engineering Command is seeking a 100% web-based eLearning solution meeting the requirements in the attached Statement of Work. The amendment extends the proposal due date to August 7, 2020 and allows offerors to submit 508 compliance information separately from the five-page technical response. It also clarifies that there is no page limit for pricing information. AMENDMENT 0001
This amendment is provided to extend the due date of proposals to 2:00 p.m. EDT, Friday, August 7, 2020. Responses should be emailed to both amber.forehand@navy.mil and linda.stein@navy.mil.
Additionally, this amendment is provided to answer the following pre-proposal inquiries:
Question 1: Regarding 508 information, if we provide a VPAT form (Voluntary Product Assessment Template) indicating 508 information, can this form be considered separate from the technical response (this standard form is several pages long)? The 5-page technical response limit is quite short for us to provide feedback on SOW requirements and general product information.
Answer 1: Offerors providing 508 compliance information may submit this information in addition to the 5 page technical response.
Question 2: In general, would you consider raising the number of pages for the technical response?
Answer 2: No.
Question 3: In the Synopsis document, starting on page 5 and through page 11, it is not clear, if we are registered in SAM, whether this section (in part or whole) must be submitted with answers. Can you clarify this? And how does this affect page limit?
Answer 3: Offerors must read the solicitation in its entirety and submit documentation in accordance with instructions.
Additionally, on page 3 of the solicitation, make the following change:
From: “Item ii. File Two –Pricing (Do not exceed 1 page)”
To: “Item ii. File Two - There is no page limit to File two.”
