QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS – PART ONE
The following questions and answers are provided for informational purposes only and DO NOT constitute an amendment to the solicitation. Any changes to the solicitation deemed necessary as a result of any questions answered herein will be incorporated via amendment.
QUESTION 1: Sections C-3.2.2 and M-2.6.2 of the RFP indicate a total of 152 OPTEMPO days for Option Period 1 and 183 days for Option Period 5. Attachment B, Basic Pricing Data, (c) states “for evaluation purposes, paid for 138 days in Firm Period, … and 197 days in Option 5”.
Please clarify.
ANSWER 1: Please see Amendment 1.
QUESTION 2: In regards to Section C-4.3 Common Access Cards, is it a requirement for
Contractors to have a Synchronized Pre-deployment Operational Tracker (SPOT) account?
ANSWER 2: No, contractors are no longer required to maintain a SPOT account. Letters of
Authorization are no longer issued due to changes in the CAC and Government facilities access procedures.
