Solicitation N4523A21Q5722 75 Ton Bridge Crane Q&A #3

Q: In document N4523A21Q5722 Combined Synopsis Solicitation under the checklist that is on page 3. Item 4 states:

4. Representation and Certifications per FAR Clause 52.212-3.

If your information is already in the System for Award Management at SAM – https://no-click.mil/?https://www.sam.gov, it may be submitted instead of completing this section. See provision 52.204-7 and clause 52.204-13.

We are registered in sam.gov, do we need to do anything else? Not sure what the highlighted verbiage means.

A: No you do not need to submit anything additional under #4 of the Responsive Quote Checklist; however, the government must have a meaningful way of finding the offeror in SAM.

It is highly recommend that the offeror submit both CAGE and DUNS code for the offeror.

If the Offeror is register in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov), the Offeror does not need to separately submit their Representations and Certifications per Clause 52.212-3. The highlighted section provides instruction that the offeror does not have to complete 52.212-3 if registered in SAM.
