About this file
This amendment modifies a request for proposals issued by the Military Sealift Command for a 45-day tanker time charter with a 45-day option. The amendment increases the minimum fuel storage capacity required from 25,000 barrels to 28,000 barrels of JP5, JP8, or JA1 fuel while maintaining a maximum laden draft of 5.4 meters. Offerors must demonstrate this increased fuel storage and draft restriction in vessel stowage plans submitted in response to the solicitation. All other terms and conditions of the request for proposals remain unchanged.
