ANSWER: The requirement is unrestricted. This administrative error has been corrected..
2. There are no insurance provisions or citations for insurance requirements - Is there any special requirements, we obviously carry all standard GL, pollution and marine liability coverages.
ANSWER: An Amendment has been provided to include the insurance requirements.
3. Page 38 is completely blank — are we missing the last section of the submission package template?
ANSWER: No. Page 38 is blank.
4. Will MSC consider two vessels for the subject RFP. One for ops and one to support the Navy personnel with accommodations and meals ? Or consider reducing the government personnel to 16. We do not have one vessel that meets the total requirements but it can be accomplished with two if that is acceptable to MSC or one if there are 16 passengers or less.
