USNA has relied on Tripleplay's digital signage and VOD solutions for nearly a decade, establishing it as a critical component of our infrastructure. This proven system effectively disseminates mission critical information to faculty, staff, and students via digital signage and supports educational objectives through VOD services across 350 acres. A change in platform would introduce significant risk including disruption to operations leading to service interruptions, impacting essential communication and academic processes. The system is proven to integrate with existing systems, introducing a new solution will divert resources away from the core academic mission. Familiarity amongst the IT, A/V, faculty, staff and student body eliminates the need for training and adaptation, ensuring maximum productivity at this critical point during the academic year.
