GENERAL DISPATCH SUPPORT SERVICES
1.0 INTRODUCTION:
The purpose of this PWS is to define the requirements for General Dispatch Support Services in support of
Commander, Naval Air Force Reserve (CNAFR).
2.0 BACKGROUND:
General Dispatch Support Services includes access to 24/7/365 worldwide dispatch support which provides flight crews on extended international missions as well as detachment-assigned missions all necessary flight planning, Theater and Country flight clearances and Air Traffic Control (ATC) filing documentation required to execute all assigned logistics tasking. This enables CFLSW and 4th MAW flight crews to focus on providing superior oversight of mission parameters as well as optimizing the quality of support to end users. Once the mission planning information has been generated, it will be made available in deliverable digital format (i.e. PDF) for display on
EFBs and other mobile devices including iPads, as well as aircraft navigation systems. General Dispatch Support
Services may also be used for post-flight/mission debriefing. The General Dispatch Support Services are required for aircraft assigned to Commander, Fleet Logistics Support Wing (CFLSW) and the 4th Marine Air Wing (4th
MAW). The projected FY23 numbers and Types/Models/Series of the aircraft assigned include the K/C-130T
(27ea); the C-40A (19ea); the KC-130J (11ea); the UC-35C/D (3ea), and the UC-12W (4ea), for a total of sixty-four
(64) aircraft. The four (4) CNAFR C-37 A/B Executive Transport Aircraft are not included as part of this General
Dispatch requirement.

(ix) Escort visitors and monitor visitor activity; maintain audit logs of physical access; and control and manage physical access devices.
