1.0 Introduction

The mission of Navy Recruiting Command (NRC) is to recruit the best quality men and women from the diverse population of our country to fill the Navy’s ranks and focus on the productive outcomes required by executing best business practices and maintaining an effective, motivated, integrated active and reserve recruiting force. The purpose of this contract is to provide support services required to satisfy the strategic vision objectives of NRC.
