GENERAL DEMOLITION NOTES:
1.) Remove and dispose of all walls, doors/door hardware, and door frames indicated in RED.
2.) Contractor shall verify existing conditions prior to commencing with demolition work.
3.) Remove demolished materials, debris and rubbish from the site as soon as practical. Do not accumulate debris on the floor or at the site. All building components and finishes which are to remain in place shall be protected from damage.
4.) Patch and repair all existing conditions (floors, walls etc.) disturbed for new work and finish to match surrounding area.
5.) Clean and prepare existing gypsum board substrates to be primed and painted, typical of all walls in the building.
6.) Remove and salvage all existing wall mounted emergency lighting units. Reinstall emergency lighting units following installation of new wall partitions.
