About this file
This document contains a modification to a federal solicitation and the related federal contract opportunity. The modification revises Sections L and M of the solicitation. Section L now requires offerors to submit one signed solicitation package, a completed Section B with prices, a completed Section K, and a detailed cost proposal. Section M states that award will be based on evaluation of the small business subcontracting plan, and offerors not meeting the 5% mandatory subcontracting goal may be determined ineligible.
The related federal contract opportunity is a special notice for a sole source solicitation from the Naval Surface Warfare Center to purchase bases and cases from Oronet Machinery Corporation. Interested sources must respond by January 4, 2024 to Sara Cooper with company information for consideration of future competitive procurements. The NAICS code is 332710 and PSC is 1340.
