About this file

This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) issued by NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mech in Mechanicsburg, PA for solicitation N00104-26-Q-NB18. The amendment extends the deadline for receipt of offers to 4:30 PM local time on May 8, 2026.

The amendment revises multiple Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses across several contract sections. In Part I (Schedule), three delivery/performance clauses are deleted: 52.247-59, 52.247-61, and 52.247-65. In Part II (Contract Clauses), clauses 52.209-6, 52.222-50, and 52.222-19 are revised with updated versions from February 2026 addressing debarred contractor protections, human trafficking prevention, and child labor remedies. In Part IV (Representations and Instructions), clauses 52.209-2, 52.209-7, and 52.209-11 are revised to address inverted domestic corporation prohibitions, responsibility matters disclosure requirements, and corporate tax liability/felony conviction representations. The revised clause 52.209-7 defines key terms including "administrative proceeding," "federal contracts and grants with total value greater than $10,000,000," and "principal," and requires offerors with such contracts to maintain current FAPIIS information regarding proceedings resulting in convictions, civil judgments, or administrative findings within the preceding five years. Clause 52.247-47 in Section M (Evaluation Factors for Award) is deleted.
