MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE

Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services

MDC Brooklyn

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The service is for the provision of an Elevator Maintenance and Repair service. The services will be provided at the MDC Brooklyn located in Brooklyn, New York for a total of 17 Elevators. The physical address is 80 29th Street, Brooklyn, NY. The contract shall consist of five (5) performance periods (5 years), one 12 month base year with four 12 month option years. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite delivery requirements type contract with firm fixed unit prices. It is estimated monthly maintenance repair will be needed for 12 months, approximately 80 hours for repair call back and 40 hours of emergency call back repair for the base year and 4 option periods. These services are listed in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code Category 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The size standard is 8.0 million.
