About this file
This document is a specification sheet for peel n' seal envelopes requested by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) for the PRAMS #10 program. The procurement specifies the purchase of peel n' seal envelopes with detailed requirements including specific dimensions, closure type, material composition, and printing specifications. The envelopes are to be white, 6" x 9", with a peel n' seal closure mechanism, and must be manufactured from 24 lb. bond paper. The document outlines precise printing requirements including the placement of text, logos, and address windows, along with color specifications for the printing elements. Quantities and delivery schedules are specified to support the PRAMS (Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System) program operations.
The specification document emphasizes quality standards and compliance requirements for the envelope production, including specifications for ink adhesion, envelope durability, and closure performance. Vendors responding to this solicitation must demonstrate capability to meet all technical specifications and production standards outlined in the document. The procurement appears to be a standard supply purchase for ongoing program materials needed to support MDHHS operations related to the PRAMS initiative.
