This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. M67861-19-Q-0002 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Part 13.5. The NAICS code is 532411. The small business size standard is $32.5 Mil. This acquisition is not a small business set-aside. This procurement is for a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100 dated August 22, 2018. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation may be reviewed/obtained in full text form at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vmfara.htm. Scope of Contract: The contractor shall provide 200 blade hours usable throughout Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 and usable within 200 miles of these locations: San Antonio, TX 78219; Smyrna, GA 30080; Albuquerque, NM 87117; and Joliet, IL 60436. Period of Performance is December 5, 2018 – September 30, 2019. See attached Statement of Work and Instructions to Offerors that shall be applicable. Electronic Funds Transfer as a means of payment will be made upon receipt and acceptance of all products through WAWF.
