The work must be completed within two months, with contractors required to work 40 hours per week. The place of performance is MAWTS-1 at MCAS Yuma, Arizona. Performance Work Statement For
SVTC Install
1. Background:
Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron-1 (MAWTS-1) provides standardized advanced tactical training and certification of unit instructor qualifications in order to support Marine Aviation training and readiness. MAWTS-1 also provides assistance in the development and employment of aviation weapons and tactics by directly liaising with fleet units both in person and remotely. This remote support often occurs in the form of Secure Video Tele-Conferencing (SVTC)s, which the current MAWTS equipment has reached its end of life and is no longer authorized by Head Quarters Marine Corps. This severely degrades MAWTS’s ability to conduct remote fleet support, directly impacting our ability to fulfill our mission statement.
2. Scope/Objectives:
Complete uninstall of all unauthorized legacy SVTC equipment, in eight separate rooms to then be replaced with authorized Cisco devices, capable of operating on MCEN-S and interfacing with our existing audio-visual equipment and all equipment programmed and validated.
