Bids are due by 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, and the completion date is set for November 6, 2026.

The project includes Davis-Bacon Act wage requirements and a 13% DBE participation goal. Major bid items include 10,355 pounds of structural steel repair, 3,103 square yards of bridge deck grooving, 2,361 tons of asphalt concrete, and 308 linear feet of expansion joint reconstruction. The project requires contractors to provide all necessary access equipment, scaffolding, and under-bridge access vehicles. The preliminary determination will be based on the DBE’s written responses to relevant questions and its affirmation that its subsequent performance of a commercially useful function will be consistent with the preliminary counting of such participation.
