About this file

The document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement of a Liquid Chromatograph Quadrupole Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometer (LC-qTOF-MS) and an Inductively Coupled Plasma Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (ICP-qqq-MS) to be delivered to DEVCOM AC WSEC Benet Laboratories. The SOW outlines the technical requirements for the mass spectrometers, including specifications such as liquid chromatography capabilities, ion source, mass resolution, and detection limit sensitivities. The related federal contract opportunity is a Sources Sought notice issued by the U.S. Army Contracting Command - Watervliet Arsenal (ACC-WVA) to identify potential capable sources for the manufacture of the required mass spectrometers. The notice requests interested parties to submit a response to a Spectrometers Questionnaire and capability statement by May 7, 2024. No solicitation or contract award is planned at this time, and the government is conducting this market survey to gather information on manufacturing capabilities.
