About this file
This is a rebid solicitation document for the Lake Lynn West Loop Trail Improvement Project issued by the North Carolina state and local government. The project consists of three major components: replacement of the asphalt greenway, widening the trail with gravel shoulders and slight realignment, and replacement and raising of the timber boardwalk through the lake. The project represents a rebid of a previously unsuccessful procurement, indicating that the initial bidding period did not result in a contract award.
The document outlines specifications and requirements for contractors interested in bidding on this infrastructure improvement project. Specific details regarding bid submission deadlines, project schedule, contract term, and estimated project costs are contained within the solicitation materials. Contractors should review all technical specifications, drawings, and site conditions carefully prior to submitting proposals. Prospective bidders are encouraged to conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and understand the scope of work requirements for the trail improvements.
