About this file

This is an Addendum A document for the Kent ISD Parking Lots & Road Replacement Project in Kent County, Michigan. The project involves parking lot and road replacements at multiple locations including the Kent Conference Center (KCC) Lot 3A, KCTC-East Lot 3, campus drives, and the Kent Aviation Center (KAC) parking lot. All work is scheduled to be performed between May 30, 2025 and June 30, 2025, with the KCC Lot 3A having a shorter completion window of May 31 to June 7, 2025. The contractor will coordinate the project schedule and sequence with Kent ISD staff.

The modified scope of work includes two key changes: an increase in the bituminous base course thickness from 1.5" to 2.5" for the campus drives, and the elimination of the service entrance on the west side of KCC leading to the dumpsters from the project scope. The document includes an aerial map showing the Kent ISD campus with highlighted areas indicating the project scope and specifically marks the eliminated service entrance area.
