About this file

This is a Justification Memo from the Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Asset Management (DAS EAM) in Oregon, dated January 30, 2025, recommending vendor selection for project management services. DAS EAM seeks to contract with a Project Management firm to provide project management services for the DPSST Building F Structural Upgrades project (DAS EAM Project 1000.074). The memorandum proposes awarding the contract to Klosh Group through Price Agreement #1680 based on specific qualifications and capabilities.

The selection of Klosh Group is justified based on six primary criteria: specific background and experience with projects and staff at DPSST, ability to provide workload balancing within Price Agreement work assignments, availability to the project locale, availability of necessary resources and staffing, experience with similar project management projects, and demonstrated quality of work with ability to meet schedules and control costs while completing services within budget. No specific contract term, renewal options, or pricing information is detailed in the memorandum. The document does not provide information regarding set-asides, incumbent vendors, funding sources, or budget amounts, as it focuses solely on the justification for vendor selection from an existing price agreement framework.
