About this file

This is a Bidders Conference Attendee List document for the Jefferson Parish Department related to a one-year contract for diving services. The document records attendance at a bidders conference meeting, capturing the names, companies, and contact information of vendors and representatives who attended the pre-bid informational session. The conference provided an opportunity for potential bidders to ask questions about the diving services contract requirements and clarify project scope before submitting proposals.

The attendee list serves as an official record of meeting participation and typically includes representatives from diving service companies, equipment suppliers, and other industry professionals interested in competing for the Jefferson Parish contract. This documentation is standard practice for public procurement processes and ensures transparency regarding which firms received direct communication about contract details and project requirements at the bidders conference.
