This document is a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JA) for a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime procurement. The solicitation (SPE7M425R0008) is for 19 Mechanism Motor Operators (NSN 6105-007696106), a critical component used in the US Navy's Nuclear Reactor Program, specifically for switching circuit breakers on WS 21N nuclear reactors on Oliver Perry Class frigates.

The estimated contract value is based on a unit price of $49,298, with a total procurement of 19 units. The item is deemed non-commercial, and the procurement will utilize FAR 15 procedures. The anticipated contract award is planned for March 14, 2025, with a delivery estimated at 700 days after date of order.
