About this file
This document is an Addendum to an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) issued by the Florida Division of Emergency Management (DEM) for leased space in Polk County, Florida. The ITN requires a three (3) year initial base term with a minimum of one (1) three (3) year renewal option, subject to legislative appropriation. The ITN is focused only on potential site options that are located within 2.0 miles of Interstate 4.
The ITN does not provide pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or other salient financial information. The document only addresses questions and answers related to the geographic boundaries and lease term for the requested space.
