About this file

This is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) document for the City of Geneva's Crystal Street Reconstruction Project in New York. The project involves the complete reconstruction of approximately 600 linear feet of roadway, including extension of the sanitary sewer main, installation of new sanitary laterals and water services, drainage improvements, installation of new granite curb, and incidental restoration work. The ITB outlines the bidding requirements and specifications for contractors interested in undertaking this infrastructure improvement initiative.

The project has established no specific contracting goals for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), or Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE). No business enterprises have been awarded identical or substantially similar procurement contracts within the past five years, indicating this is a new project without incumbent contractors. The document provides the formal bidding framework through which qualified construction contractors can submit proposals to compete for the contract award.
