Bicentennial Park Pool Resurfacing Project

BIDS DUE: 2:00 PM (local time) on August 21, 2024

The changes, additions, substitutions, and/or deletions and any other information contained in this Addendum are hereby made a part of the Contract Documents for this Invitation to Bid, fully and completely as if the same were fully set forth herein.

Question 1: What days are we allowed to do an onsite walkthrough?

Answer 1: There will be an on-site Pre-Bid meeting on Wednesday August 7, 2024 @ 10:00.

Any walkthroughs outside of this meeting must be scheduled by submitting a call or email to the following staff:

Question 2: I also saw that there is registration required through VendorLink--is this the platform with which you prefer us submit any proposals or information?

Answer 2: Yes, the County is only accepting bids through the County’s current eProcurement website which is VendorLink. You must register on Vendorlink to submit a bid.
