The contract is limited to the state of Florida, with the local jurisdictions involved being Leon County and the city of Tallahassee.

ADDENDUM – 1 ‐
3 What will the truck be used for? Is it to run errands for parts and other accessories? To bring elderly patients to and from the hospital, or other facilities? Is it for food delivery in bulk or just hot plates? I'm trying to figure out exactly what the truck will be used for. Would you happen to have a picture of a truck similar to the one that your company is seeking?
Food Services to deliver trays to our residents. See Section
3.2 Minimum Specifications.
4 Will you or your company or the State of FL provide us with the funds to make the purchase of the truck with those specifications? Or do I have to pay for everything up front, then bill Tacachale? Will it be a Net30, Net60 or Net90?
See Section 7.8 Payments and Invoices.
