About this file
This is a Statement of Work for the purchase and delivery of an Interventional Pulsed Electric Field system replacement generator for the Interventional Radiology Section at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) in Houston, Texas. The primary deliverable consists of one NSP-EXAPR Aliya EX Generator 2.5 system, one GTI-00009 Cardiac Monitor (IVY Model 7600) for synchronization, and one GTI-00076 Galvanized Generator Cart. The contractor must supply additional items including one year of Aliya 2.5 system warranty and clinical support, ablation packs (GTI-00078 Inumi Flex and GTI-00050 Aliya PEF), ablation needles (GTI-00054 Inumi Flex and GTI-00023 Aliya 19G), and must provide on-site physician and staff training.
The scope of work is limited to delivery and training only, with no property protection requirements. Equipment must be delivered to the second floor Interventional Radiology section, room 2A-509. The equipment carries a twelve-month limited warranty from the date of installation, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use per the user manual specifications. The warranty becomes void if the customer reuses consumables or uses non-manufacturer consumables. The Contracting Officer is responsible for ensuring satisfactory completion and accepting the work. The agreement includes compliance requirements with the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute (42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b) and applicable discount safe harbors, with the customer warranting independent clinical determination that the equipment and consumables serve the best interests of patient care.
