About this file
This is an industry engagement notice for the Marine Corps Systems Command's Program Manager for Training Systems (PM TRASYS) at the 2026 Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) in Orlando, Florida. PM TRASYS is soliciting face-to-face meetings with industry representatives December 1-3, 2026, to discuss emerging technologies and processes relevant to Marine Corps training system requirements across three program areas. Interested companies must submit meeting requests by November 13, 2026, to the designated point of contact for their area of interest, providing company name, point of contact information, relevant program area(s), and a brief description of the technology or process to be discussed. Each meeting will be limited to 15 minutes.
The three program areas of focus are: Range Training Systems (RTS, December 1), which addresses live-fire training aids, mobile range systems, realistic threat representations, automated scoring systems, urban training capabilities, armored vehicle gunnery training, virtual and augmented reality integration, unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) solutions, and air-to-ground force-on-force capabilities; Synthetic Training Systems (STS, December 2), covering virtual and augmented reality applications, artificial intelligence and machine learning for training, distributed training environments, drone technologies, human performance measurement, and simulation fidelity enhancements; and Warfighter Training Support (WTS, December 3), focusing on training effectiveness analysis, curriculum development, mobile training teams, performance support systems, training management systems, and emerging training methodologies. Meeting requests will be evaluated based on technological relevance to Marine Corps requirements, with PM TRASYS reserving the right to prioritize requests based on available resources. This announcement is informational only and does not constitute a formal solicitation or government obligation to procure goods or services, with all participation costs borne by interested parties.

Industry Engagement Opportunity: I/ITSEC 2026 - Marine Corps Training Systems
Special Notice: Industry Day/Meeting Request
Agency: Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC)
Office: Program Manager for Training Systems (PM TRASYS)
Location: Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL (I/ITSEC 2026)
Dates: November 30th – December 4, 2026
Description:
Program Manager for Training Systems (PM TRASYS) will conduct face-to-face meetings with Industry December 1-2, 2026, during the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) in Orlando, Florida. PM TRASYS is Marine Corps Systems Command’s executive agent assigned to manage acquisition and life-cycle support of Marine Corps ground training systems, devices, and training support services. PM TRASYS maintains various training products including simulators, mock weapons, range targets, range instrumentation, constructive training systems, distributed learning capabilities and much more.
This is an opportunity for industry to provide a targeted overview of the technologies and/or processes they have developed that may support future Marine Corps training system requirements. This event allows government project teams to gain insight into the existing market and allows industry to make appropriate introductions with the acquisition teams.
PM TRASYS is seeking meetings with industry representatives to discuss potential solutions in the following program areas:
Range Training Systems (RTS) - RTS industry engagement will go Tuesday, December 1, 2026, in the USMC/PM TRASYS booth. RTS is responsible for the acquisition, sustainment, and modernization of live-fire training ranges, targetry systems, and range instrumentation. This includes everything from traditional small arms ranges to complex combined arms collective training facilities.
