About this file
This is a Traceability Documentation Request issued by the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime in response to Solicitation SPMYM4-26-Q-3453. Offerors who quoted Part Number P/N 300-FOEN9311 from the approved manufacturing source Rockwell Automation (parent company of Allen Bradley Company) are required to submit documentation establishing traceability back to this approved source. The contracting officer will not consider quotes lacking acceptable traceability documentation, and such rejections will occur without further evaluation. Acceptable documentation includes: a quotation directly from an approved source; a letter or official website confirmation from the approved source designating the offeror as an authorized dealer/distributor; or a letter from the approved source confirming the offeror's supply chain partner as an authorized dealer/distributor, paired with that partner's quotation. All traceability documentation must be original and unaltered; modified documents will be rejected. The deadline for submitting traceability information is 9 June 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Honolulu Standard Time.
The underlying solicitation (SPMYM4-26-Q-3453) is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items processed under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13). It is designated as a 100% Small Business Set Aside with evaluation criteria of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The requirement is brand name mandatory to Rockwell Automation due to replacing obsolete components with OEM direct replacement parts as part of equipment refresh. The FSC Code is 6110 (Mechanical Power Transmission Equipment) and NAICS code is 335312. Offerors are limited to one submission per solicitation, and those submitting quotes for different manufacturers will not be considered for award.
