About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a ventilator procurement by the Indian Health Service (IHS), Department of Health and Human Services. The solicitation (IHS1528753) requires the supply of Hamilton C6 ventilator equipment and related services. Specific deliverables include two Hamilton C6 ventilators with complete packages containing all associated components (part numbers 355190, 10112611, 160027, 160029, 160130, 160177, 160470), two C3 quick lock humidity holders with battery cylinder holders, two Hamilton C6 service training tuition courses in Reno, and one Hamilton C6 battery calibrator. The procurement is for the Indian Health Service, a federal agency providing healthcare services to Native American populations.
The SOW establishes the requirement for integrated delivery of medical equipment along with operator training to ensure proper utilization and maintenance of the ventilator systems. The inclusion of service training and calibration equipment indicates that the contractor must provide not only the physical equipment but also the technical expertise necessary for staff proficiency and equipment calibration compliance. This comprehensive approach ensures that the purchasing facility receives a complete, operational solution for ventilator deployment.
