QUESTION 4
Part 1, 1.1, A, Vendor Responsibility and Technical Requirements, Field Cabinets: 3 channels fence controller. . .
Statement: The top section of the NLEF wire array is located on the inmate side of the inner perimeter fence. The NLEF inner/top and outer/bottom wire arrays are attached to the inner perimeter chain-link fence in an overlapping fashion.
What operational benefit is derived by dividing the wire array into an upper and lower section with a single interlaced channel running top to bottom?
Answer: This contract is to repair and refurbish the existing stun fence. These repairs should return the system to the original configuration.
QUESTION 5
Part 1, 1.1, A, Vendor Responsibility and Technical Requirements, Field Cabinets: 3 channels fence controller. . .
Statement: The top section of the NLEF wire array is located on the inmate side of the inner perimeter fence. The bottom section of the NLEF wire array is located on the outer side of the inner perimeter fence. The NLEF inner/top and outer/bottom wire arrays are attached to the inner perimeter chain-link fence in an overlapping fashion.
Does the BOP desire to control (On/Off) the top/inside section of the wire array separately from the bottom/outside?
