These individuals will be authorized access to only those portions of proposal data and discussions that are necessary to enable them to perform their respective duties. Such firms are expressly prohibited from competing on the subject acquisition and from scoring or rating of proposals or recommending the selection of a source.
Schafer Corporation 321 Billerica Road, Chelmsford, MA 01824 (978)735-4821

To expedite the evaluation process the maximum extent possible, each Offeror must contact the above companies to effect execution of such an agreement prior to submission of proposals and include. Each Offeror shall submit copies of the agreement with its proposal. In the event that the execution of the agreement cannot be completed prior to submission of its proposal the offeror shall submit the agreement within 10 business days after the proposal due date to the email address prescribed in BAA section 8.1.2, Full Proposal Submission. Offerors may choose to provide consent rather then enter into a business to business agreement with Schafer Corporation. Offerors who wish to consent to allow contractor access to submissions are to do so in the proposal cover letter or text of the email submission being sent. All contractors who provide support services to DNDO activities have signed general non-disclosure agreements and, where applicable, organizational conflict of interest statements. All personnel working and supporting the DNDO BAA evaluation process are bound by law to protect all source selection information to include proposals submitted and information contained within.
