Clarification on A29:
A29. states that FEMA use between 5-7 million minutes of service a month. In a later answer minutes used is broken down: A35 10,696 lines uses 3.1 minutes a month. A36 10,221 lines use
3.3 minutes a month. A37 2,377 lines use 3.7.
When you do the math: 10,696 x 3.1 = 33,157.
10,221 x 3.3 = 33,729 2,377 X 3.7 = 8,794
Total Minutes Used = 66,886 minutes used a month
Was there a typo in the A35-38 answers? It does not seem the usage is close to 5-7 million a month.
A29. should state 7 – 10 million minutes per month
A35, A36, and A37 are updated as follows:
A35: The average minutes usage per line within this category is 126.995 with an average call length of 3.1 minutes.
A36: The average minutes usage per line within this category is 582.146 with an average call length of 3.3 minutes.
A37: The average minutes usage per line within this category is 863.376 with an average call length of 3.7 minutes.
