Attachment 2 –Compliance Checklist
The following specifications are required for each manufactured housing units (MHU) provided for this requirement. Failure to provide this information for each manufactured home will result in an unsatisfactory technical rating for that individual home. Duplication of this sheet is permitted.
Checklist 1. Mandatory Requirements for all MHU
Checklist 2. Requirements to Distinguish Between Tier I and Tier II
The specifications listed below will be used to categorize vendors in two separate tiers, Tier I or
Tier II. Tier I includes specifications that are preferred for this requirement. Tier II specifications, although acceptable, are not preferred for this requirement.

8 Meets the HUD Code Zone of Minimum Thermal Zone 1
9 Meets the HUD Code Zone of Minimum Roof Load 20 PSF
10 Manufactured Home is all electric
11 Unit has Range /Oven with at least 4 burners
12 Vent Hood over stove
13 Unit has a minimum of 2 bedrooms and maximum of 3 bedrooms
14 3 bedroom unit, has no more than 2 bathrooms
15 2 bedroom unit, has no more than 1 bathroom
16 Meets, and does not exceed, power requirement of 200 amps
17 Unit has a water heater
18 Unit has smoke detectors

For Questions 22 through 24 where the answer is “Yes” provide a list of all furniture included by room. Use the following identification for each room BR = Bedroom BR1, BR2, if needed BR 3, LR
= Living Room, DR = Dining Room. For Questions 31 through 35 where the answer is “Yes” provide an explanation (the first item for each explanation shall reference the question number):

Example: 31 – siding was loose due to heavy wind and was repaired.
