Answer: The test reports for 2 Schoolhouse village and 140 Tellette St are attached.
Question 2: We note Radon levels for 1 of the 7 sites (12 Forest Avenue) is above the safe level of 4 pCi/L as set by the US EPA. Are we to include a remediation system in our bid?
Answer: No
Question 3: Base bid description in section 01 11 00 lists interior gypsum board and insulation removal and replacement for all 4 sites, but also lists that work in Optional Bid Item 1 for 2 Schoolhouse Village, 140 Tellette Street, and gypsum board in 62 Pontiac Street. Where should we place the cost for that work?
Answer: In a number of cases there is gypsum board and insulation work in both the base bid and option bid. The option includes additional work of the same type.
Question 4: I noticed the specification calls for EMT as a wiring method and there is no menmtion of non-metallic cable (romex) in the spec?
Answer: The intent was for location specific use of the EMT, not to use for interior distribution in the houses. Wiring should reflect current NEC Residential Code.
