The courseware curriculum that is to be developed by the Contractor will provide introductory instruction on the purpose and use of IETM based technical manuals, Minotaur system component Level Repair Unit (LRU) familiarization, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance safety information that will ensure the Minotaur system is repairable at the Organizational Level (O-Level). In addition to developing the Minotaur courseware curriculum, the contractor will develop and provide a pilot training course that will train senior level USCG maintenance instructor personnel to a competency level that will enable them to conduct follow on maintenance training with subordinate USCG maintenance technicians that are responsible for servicing and maintaining Minotaur systems on the HC-144B aircraft.

The course curriculum developed by the Contractor for Minotaur maintenance training will include but will not be limited to an introduction and description of IETMs, all Minotaur system LRU components, detailed troubleshooting and remove and replace techniques for LRUs at the O-Level. In addition to the classroom based instruction, lab based (hands-on) technical troubleshooting and remove and replace instruction shall be provided in the course as required for each LRU identified in the Minotaur mission system suite as well as, an overview of the system maintenance philosophy.
Detailed technical illustrations and troubleshooting flowchart illustrations relevant to the training courseware shall be developed and provided by the Contractor as part of the course curriculum. The technical illustrations and troubleshooting flowcharts developed by the Contractor shall be of sufficient detail to support successful maintenance technician troubleshooting of Minotaur System Suite LRUs by USCG maintenance technicians at that O-Level.
The Contractor shall provide comprehensive system introductory and troubleshooting instruction to include but not limited to system components associated with the following:
• System Description and Overview
– Mission System Introduction
– NSIV Introduction
