HSCG23-15-Q-M01002 QUESTIONS
8. In the MS Excel pricing matrix provided in the solicitation materials posted on fedbizopps.gov, are the figures of 160 hours on the first page notional or does the USCG expect that the total work can be completed within 160 hours for both junior and senior analysts?
Yes, the USCG expects that the total work can be completed within 160 hours for both junior and senior analysts.
9. Can the USCG please provide more guidance for what is required for section 2.4 of the scope of work?
- Is there any particular web based system the USCG has in mind?
- Is the system to be available only on the USCG Intranet, or also external to the USCG
Intranet?
The USCG has no particular web based system in mind. The system needs to be external to the USCG Intranet. The contractor will need to use an already established or develop a mechanism to "host" the criteria and questions which the reviewers will use when scoring the submissions. See revised Statement of Work.
