GENERAL INFORMATION

1. GENERAL: This PWS describes the technical and administrative requirements necessary to create and implement non-personal services contract to provide Program Integration (PI) Program Support Services (PSS) services to the Business Enterprise (BE) offices of the Defense Security Service (DSS). The Government shall not exercise direct supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Offeror who, in turn is responsible to the Government for the accomplishment of the work.
