About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding a solicitation for manufacturing sustainment services. The solicitation seeks proposals to provide equipment maintenance, calibration services, gas and chemical supply, cleanroom consumables, and waste removal support for the Defense Microelectronics Activity. Proposals are due by 20 January 2021, with the contract award to be determined thereafter. Incumbent contractors have provided services such as hazardous materials training, respiratory safety training, and maintenance supplies. Offerors should submit cost proposals including labor, material, travel, and subcontractor costs in an Excel file with a narrative explanation. Pricing details and historical spending on items like hardware, shipping and supplies are provided to aid cost estimation.
