| b. |
| Organizations contacted in an attempt to locate sources that are small or disadvantaged firms. |
| c. |
| Records on each subcontract solicitation resulting in an award of more than $100,000 indicating whether or not small businesses were solicited and if not, why not; whether or not any of the other socioeconomic firms were solicited and if not, why not; and if applicable, the reason the award was not made to a small business. |
| d. |
| Records of internal guidance and encouragement provided to buyers through workshops, seminars, training, etc., as well as records showing monitoring performance to evaluate compliance with the program's requirements. |
| e. |
| Records of any outreach programs to contact trade associations, business development organization and/or conferences or trade shows attended to locate SASDB firms. |
| f. |
| On a contract-by-contract basis, records to support award data submitted by the offeror to the Government, including the name, address and business size of each subcontractor. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO COMMERCIAL PLANS. |

| A description of any other records used. |
