AMENDMENT 0001

Vendor Questions and Answers Amendment 0001

1. If you want to look at the physical product, this short amount of time does not permit me to respond.

Answer: The Government will allow digital copies to be submitted in lieu of print materials. See revisions to ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 -- PROPOSAL PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS for more details (changes are noted in yellow).

Further, the Government will accept Past Performance Part 2 Questionnaires already received in response to other recent curriculum solicitations though but we cannot confirm what has been received on the offeror’s behalf.

Offerors still need to complete and submit the Past Performance Part 1 attachment and shall note on this form which questionnaires will be reused and which solicitation(s) they were originally in response to.

2. Would you kindly confirm if this is an entirely new effort or is there an incumbent currently providing the services? If so, can you please provide the incumbent contract details?

Answer: This is a new requirement.

The following have been modified:

In the event the offeror has less than four specific items for any of the categories the offeror shall delete the extra rows, such that the offerors final pricing schedule matches the offeror’s exact proposed content.
