One of the considerations in proposal evaluation is the verification of the Offeror’s past and present performance on contracts, which reflects the Offeror's ability to perform on the proposed effort. The questionnaire should be completed electronically and emailed to the Contracting Officer, Christopher.A.Gray54.civ@mail.mil and Contract Specialist, brian.p.bilenki.civ@mail.mil.

Your completed questionnaire will be considered SOURCE SELECTION INFORMATION I.A.W. FAR
