Materials contain required information and are delivered on time at least 90% of the time. Revisions that occur are minor and are resolved in a satisfactory manner.

6. Mandatory or regulatory compliance items: The contractor will provide initial proof of compliance with regulatory and compliance items contained in the contract. The Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and the contracting officer (KO) will evaluate the initial submission. The COR and KO will conduct ad hoc reviews of the contractor’s compliance throughout the remainder of the contract. The contractor will monitor compliance as required by FAR 52.222-50, Combating Trafficking in Persons, and report any issues to the KO.

7. Acceptable Quality Level (AQL): Due to the critical support provided by this contract, the AQL for this project is 100% manning of all security officer posts in accordance with the post assignment chart. Additional information provided in Table 1.

8. Evaluation Method: The COR will review all inspections and logs and maintain a database of the results.

9. Incentives (Positive and/or Negative): The required performance standards and/or quality levels are included in the SOW and in this section. If the contractor meets the required service or performance level, it will be paid the monthly amount agreed on in the contract. Failure to meet the required service or performance level will result in a deduction from the monthly amount. Also, in accordance with FAR 52.246-4, if any of the services do not conform to contract requirements, the ordering activity may require the contractor to perform the services again in conformity with contract requirements, at no increase in contract amount.
