SECTION SF 30 BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE

SUMMARY OF CHANGES

SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE

The following have been added by full text:

BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE

1) Adobe version 5.0 is no longer commercially available or supported by Adobe. Is it possible to create the proposal documents in Adobe 9.0 which are readable by Adobe 5.0?

ANSWER: Adobe 9.0 can be used for this requirement as Adobe 5.0 is not commercially available.

2) Instructions call for Microsoft Office 2000 format no larger than 1MB in size. With the required page counts for each section in the proposal, they exceed the 1MB size with text alone. Can the size of the proposal file please be increased?

ANSWER: The size of the proposal file can be increased to 10MB which allows for full proposal submittals in one document. Page limits however, are NOT increased.

3) Pages 2-7 seem to require pricing to be entered; however only pricing for the actual hourly wages in the Labor Rates section is due with the proposal, correct?

ANSWER: Actual hourly wages are required in the labor rates section of the proposal, however, the offeror shall submit a proposal (including price) for the first tasking, which can be found in Section M.
