H92257-15-Q-023 Q&A Q1. Para.6 of the SOW states: “All participating personnel clearances must be submitted via JPAS submitted to SMO Code209001MR NLT 4 May 2015”. Since the RFP is due on 4 May can the clearances be passed a few days prior to the Script/Scenario conference?

A1. Corrected SMO Code is 209000943, submission prior to scripting will suffice

Q2. Under the paragraph Execution in the SOW, it lists “that contractor should provide a home until the conclusion of the exercise. Is that for operational support (ops meets, etc.)? Can we supplement that for a hotel room which still meets the intent? What area is that required in specifically from the three listed in the SOW?

A2. Ops meets. Hotel Room will be fine. Virginia Beach area.

Q3. Will the SMEs involved in scripting/scenario development build upon an existing product, or are they starting from scratch?

A3. Scripting will build off an existing exercise profile which will need finalization to include timeline coordination, dossiers, and SI data.

Q4. In order to transmit, will there be any SI Role Players utilized or provided from the Govt?

A4. Government will provide SI role players.

Q5. What personnel would the Government like in attendance for the scripting conference? We have typically utilized the (2) HUMINT SMEs and (1) SI SME for this, which has been very successful, and provided detailed scripts/scenario/dossiers, etc.

A5. Concur with vender recommendation for scripting attendance.

Q6. Due to the compressed timeline from contract award until training commencement, will the Government allow the contractor to conduct scripting at the contractor site?

A6. Government can provide data prior, but prefer scripting finalization occur at our facilities.
