RFQ H92240-24-Q-0007
Tradeshow Booths
Q&A Set 1
Q1: Ref PD para 3.1.3 – “Display includes the ability for seamless expansion, a minimum of 10 x 20 feet and accommodating larger footprint requirements, as necessary. This flexibility ensures adaptability to diverse spatial constraints.”
Are we quoting the additional graphic(s) and hardware for expansion, or are you requiring just the ability to expand later?
A1: Yes, the 10 x 20 measurement represents the minimum that the booth should be able to expand to from the standard size of 10 x 10 feet, and with the added ability to augment the size/be able to expand it further in the future.
Q2: Ref PD para 3.2.2 – “Integration of the display that offers a platform for showcasing custom video content, enhancing engagement, and provides a modern, interactive experience for visitors.”
Assuming you are wanting to utilize touchscreen technology; would we only be providing the hardware or the content creation as well?
A2: It is up to the offeror to determine the specific technology/hardware utilized within their approach.
The Vendor is expected to provide a display that offers a dynamic platform for showcasing custom video content. The Vendor will provide the hardware and technology that works seamlessly with the tradeshow equipment. As identified within Attachment 1 Product Description para 3.10.1, the Government will provide assistance with content creation following contract award.
