ADVANCED SURVEILLANCE AND SURVEILLANCE DETECTION TRAINING

Questions with Answers #3 16 March 2018

The following questions require a response. These are the final questions and answers to be posted for clarification.

1. The Government stated that Volume I (Qualifying Criteria) is to be no more than 3 pages, but the RFQ states, "OFFERORS INTERESTED IN RESPONDING TO THIS Request for Quote (RFQ) MUST SUBMIT THEIR QUOTE ON THE ATTACHED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION".

If we provide the requested data we will exceed the 3 page limit.

Question: What portion of the synopsis/solicitation do you require in Volume 1?

Answer: Please review what is being asked for in Volume 1 but in reference to the synopsis solicitation we are speaking only to the Pricing Block.

2. Paragraph 2(c) Period of acceptance for offers states, the offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 90 days from the date specified for receipt of offers. Paragraph - Factor 2. PRICE states the offers shall remain valid for a minimum of 60 days.

Question: Could the Government please confirm the validity period of 60 or 90 days?

Answer: 90 days

3. Paragraph 1.5 states the period of performance shall be from 8 April – 20 April 2018 and paragraph 1.3.2. states conduct twelve (12) days of training. The dates are 13 days.

Question: Could the Government please confirm actual labor dates of training (9-20 April)? Could the Government please confirm that the 8th is a preparatory day for the Contractor?

Answer: Please see response to question 16(a) in the Questions and Answers #1.
