Questions

7 Jan 11

1. Two questions/clarifications:

There is no audio.

Response: Yes, we want audio at the exhibit. Understandably, if there are multiple displays, each display will not have its own audio. If the design incorporates a larger LCD/Plasma screen as a main display, then that display should have audio.

The solicitation reads;

> C.2.1. Height of exhibit should not exceed 10 feet. Exhibit needs to

> be designed to be used in two different configurations:

> C.2.1.2.Full Exhibit: Fits in two standard exhibit spaces (10’x 8’) for a total of 20 linear long by 8 feet deep. When in the full mode, exhibit highlights the parent organization and each of the seven subordinate elements.

We would like the client to verify these dimensions. While these dimensions are not unusual, we more typically see height restrictions of 8' and footprints of 10' by 10' or 10' by 20' adjacent.

Response: The height of the exhibit should not exceed 10'. The footprint of the exhibit should not exceed 10'x10' in partial configuration or 10'x20' in the full configuration.

2. Regarding question #4, from the first set of questions, what server do you currently use (name & model #). Would you be supplying a server, or is that something we are responsible for?

Response: The server we currently use was custom made by the Crystal Group to replace the 7 desktop computers used previously. We will not be supplying a server and are open to new ideas and new technologies that will achieve the same desired effect.
