Commercial High-Pressure Water Jetting
At Sanborn Sewer Service, Inc., we have high pressure water jet equipment to provide powerful cleaning of your drain and sewer lines. The water jet uses 4,000 pounds of pressure to create a powerful stream of water to break through a clog and scrape debris off the inside of a pipe. The water jet is very effective in removing dirt, roots, pipe scale and other debris that builds up on the inside of the pipe.
The water jet is highly effective for cleaning:

WE CLEAR ALL DRAINS!!! Below is a list of some common commercial drains.
Commercial Video Pipe Inspection
Video inspection (or closed circuit television inspection) is a very cost-effective method for diagnosing problems within a main sewer line. By looking inside the line, we're able to accurately identify and locate any blockages or damages. Our equipment is able to search up to
400 feet of line, working inside diameters as large as 10" and as small as 2".
Digital record of inspection
When we use video inspection on a sewer line, we can produce a DVD or VHS cassette of the procedure. This allows you to see the problem for yourself, and it allows us to provide an accurate, free estimate for your repair.
In addition to keeping a DVD or video of the pipe inspection, you will also receive a video inspection report detailing potential problems, their severity and their exact location.
Locating potential problems
The video inspection equipment has a transmitter that sends a signal from the camera head to a locator used above ground. This allows us to determine where the line is going as well as to pinpoint the exact location and depth of a problem area.
If you have a problem with your main sewer line, and would like an accurate quote based on video inspection, Stormceptors and Oil/Water Separators

Stormceptors Oil/Water Separators
FSS Price Schedule Page 18
A stormceptor is an underground unit that separates sediment, grease and oils from storm water runoff in conjunction with your catch basin system. Many cities have begun requiring multiple stormceptors as part of the drainage systems of new properties. The stormceptor is designed to remove sediment and oils that make it by the catch basin system. As this is the final opportunity to remove dirt and debris from the system, it is important to remove the materials caught in a stormceptor on a regular basis.
At Sanborn’s we offer emergency cleaning and preventive maintenance plans to clean stormceptors with a vacuum or vactor truck. This removes all the dirt, oils and grease that have accumulated in the stormceptor.
Stormceptor is one of many names used to describe these underground units. They are also known as:
Vortechnics Units or Vortex
Downstream Defenders
Retention Tanks
Oil/Water Separators
Oil/Water separators are installed in parking garages, car washs and parking lots to remove oil from stormwater runoff before it exits the drainage system. The oil is trapped inside the separator as water is allowed to flow through the system.
You need to remove the oil on a regular basis to keep oil and pollutants from entering the local stormwater system. At Sanborn’s, we offer emergency cleaning and discounted preventive maintenance plans to clean oil/water separators with a vacuum or vactor truck. This removes all the oil and pollutants that have accumulated in the separator. All materials that are removed from the separator must be disposed at a treatment plant certified by the Department of Environmental Protection.
Oil/Water Separators are sometimes called MDC or gas traps.
