Nebraska Women's Basketball Event Contracts
This document comprises two catering event contracts between Gordon Tavern Catering and The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, mediated through Amanda Hart (ahart@huskers.com) as the client contact and Ashley Brendle (ashley@gordontavern.com, 541-729-0963) as the sales manager. The contracts cover catering services for Nebraska Women's Basketball events at Gordon Hotel Restaurants located at 555 Oak Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401.
The first contract is for Thursday, February 19, 2026, spanning 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM in the Ed Raggozino Ballroom, with a food and beverage minimum of $2,500.00. The second contract covers Friday, February 20, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the same ballroom, with a minimum of $1,250.00. The Thursday event includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, while the Friday event provides breakfast only. Both contracts require a $500 non-refundable deposit due by November 11, 2025, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to each event date. The estimated total billing for the combined events is $4,687.50, including a 22% service charge and 3% credit card processing fee. The catering agreement specifies that all food and beverages must be provided by the caterer unless prior authorization is obtained, and a 22% service charge applies to all food and beverage charges. The client is responsible for any damage to the venue space or excessive cleanup costs, and cancellation within 14 days of the event date results in 100% forfeiture of the contracted amount less any deposits and prepayments.
